What is the Duncanville Forum for Arts Leadership?

The Duncanville Forum for Arts Leadership is a civic initiative that supports community engagement, cultural leadership, and public policy through the arts. It connects residents, artists, and city leaders to explore how creative work can contribute to Duncanville’s civic life. We do this by creating spaces where conversation, creativity, and civic leadership intersect—through public forums, leadership programs, creative initiatives, and advocacy efforts that engage the community in shaping Duncanville’s future. Our work strengthens the civic role of the arts by connecting cultural expression to real-world decision-making and public action.

Who is the Forum for?

  • Main Street Labs: artist-advocate led capstone projects activating underused downtown spaces
